Child Safety Standards

1. Age Requirement
Supporters App is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Every user must provide a date of birth when creating an account, and accounts that do not meet the age requirement are rejected. Anyone found to be under 18 after registration has their account terminated and their content deleted.
2. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden and result in immediate termination:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) of any kind.
- Any content that features, depicts, or appears to feature a minor.
- Sexualisation of minors, including drawings, animation, or AI-generated imagery.
- Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking, or advertising the sexual exploitation of any person.
- Sharing intimate images of any person without their consent.
3. How to Report
Every profile, photo, and conversation in Supporters App has a report option. Open the "more" menu on any profile or chat and choose Report. Child safety concern is the first option in the list and is flagged as urgent.
Reports can also be sent directly to idanmore56@gmail.com at any time, by any person, whether or not they use the app.
Users can also block any other user from the same menu, which removes that person from their feed and prevents further contact.
4. How We Respond
- Reports flagged as child safety concerns are prioritised above all others.
- Reported content is reviewed and removed if it violates these standards.
- Accounts responsible are terminated permanently, without refund.
- Confirmed CSAM is preserved as required by law and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant regional and national authorities.
- We cooperate fully with law enforcement requests.
5. Preventive Measures
- Age declaration is mandatory at sign-up and enforced in the app.
- Nudity and sexually explicit content are not permitted at all, which removes the primary vector for this category of abuse.
- Uploaded content is subject to review, and can be removed at any time.
- Reporting and blocking are available on every profile, photo and chat.

7. Legal Compliance
Supporters App complies with all applicable child safety laws in the jurisdictions where it is available, including reporting obligations to regional and national authorities. These standards are reviewed regularly and updated as our obligations change.
